Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a short-term project (7–9 weeks, with possibility to extension) focused on assessing business processes for AI-driven automation. The role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders and technical teams and includes availability for business travel to Gdańsk.

This is you

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst

• Strong background in analyzing operational business processes (e.g. Finance, Logistics, HR)

• Experience in assessing automation potential, preferably using AI-based solutions

• Ability to work closely with technical experts, including AI Engineers

• Proactive communication style and experience working with senior business stakeholders

• Strong documentation and analytical skills

• Availability for short-term engagement and business travel to Gdańsk

This is your role

• Participate in an AI Process Automation Assessment project

• Consolidate approx. 4,000 procedure documents into end-to-end process flows and key process areas using AI agents

• Develop and align a scoring framework to assess process AI-readiness

• Prepare an AI-Readiness Assessment Report, evaluating processes by automation potential, data availability, and complexity

• Review assessment outcomes with client process owners

• Support agreement with the client on an implementation roadmap, including priorities, target business value, and feedback
