Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Process Engineer to join one our our leading financial clients in Krakow. This role is key to driving end-to-end process improvements, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence through effective process design, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end (E2E) delivery of initiatives, from initiation through implementation, post go-live monitoring, and closure.

  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify, assess, and eliminate inefficiencies.

  • Champion customer journey optimisation and improve customer experience (CX) across services.

  • Oversee and manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring service alignment and performance compliance.

  • Execute process engineering tasks, including process mapping, re-design, and risk identification.

  • Perform data analysis to drive decisions and present insights to senior stakeholders.

  • Employ critical and out-of-the-box thinking to solve complex operational challenges.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and sustainable solutions.


Experience and Skills Required:

  • Proven track record in process engineering within the financial sector.

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles (certification preferred).

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering projects end-to-end, from business case to implementation and monitoring.

  • Solid understanding of customer journeys and CX improvement practices.

  • Experience with third-party vendor management in a regulated environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to challenge conventional thinking.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
