Senior Fullstack Engineer (.NET + React)

Project Description:

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer (.NET + React) to join Sopra Steria team for one of our Scandinavian clients. You will be working on a project related to the development and maintenance of integrations in Azure environments. The project is held in an international environment, for one of the main market leaders in their industry.

Responsibilities:

• Development of web applications and services based on C# and .NET framework, React
• Design, implementation and maintenance of application functionality based on best programming practices
• Design, development and optimization of web applications and APIs using ASP.NET Core
• Managing and deploying applications in the Azure cloud
• Monitoring of applications in Azure and optimization of cloud resources
• Creating and managing Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes in Azure DevOps
• Automating processes for testing, building and deploying applications
• Design, development and integration of systems using RESTful APIs and ensuring consistency and high performance of APIs
• Design and implementation of applications in microservices architecture
• Working with the Git system for code versioning, branch management and team collaboration
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+), both written and spoken
• Working as part of a scrum team, actively participating in meetings, retrospectives and sprint planning
• Effective analysis of customer needs and alignment of technical solutions with business requirements

Must-have requirements:

Development:

• Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework
• Experience with ASP.NET Core for building web applications and APIs
• Knowledge about JavaScript, HTML, CSS & Typescript

Azure Cloud Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with Azure services like App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage etc.
• Knowledge of deploying, managing, and monitoring applications in Azure
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines

Integration skills:

• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
• Familiarity with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid)
• Understanding of integration patterns and best practices

Other technical skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills - English B2+
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Ability to understand and analyze client needs effectively
• Proactive in providing tailored solutions and recommendations
• Strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships

Nice to have requirements:

• Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and secure applications
• Knowledge about integration with OData APIs
• AI expertise
• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate)
• Relevant .NET or software architecture certifications
