Python Developer - Automation and GenAI Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on business process automation and development of AI-based solutions. This role combines technical expertise in Python development with a strong focus on process optimization and artificial intelligence implementation.

The position involves designing and implementing automation solutions, working with language models (LLM), and creating efficient integrations between various systems. Experience in Python programming, data processing, and business process automation is essential. Additional knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath) or Power BI would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of business process automation using Python
• Creating scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and processes
• Integration of systems and applications to improve workflow efficiency
• Development and maintenance of solutions based on language models (LLM) and generative AI
• Optimization of existing business processes through digitalization and automation
• Creating reports and dashboards to monitor automated process efficiency
• Collaboration with business departments to identify automation potential
• Documentation of technical solutions and processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Python programming
• Proven experience in business process automation
• Strong knowledge of data processing libraries (numpy, pandas)
• Experience in API development (FastAPI)
• Practical knowledge of version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker)
• English B2

Nice to Have

• Experience working with language models
• Knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath) and/or Power BI
• Experience in creating cloud solutions (Azure)
• Knowledge of web scraping libraries (Selenium, BeautifulSoup)
• Experience in data visualization
