We are looking for a Dynatrace Monitoring Specialist who will join our team at Sopra Steria Polska. We are looking for open-minded profile with the ability to learn quickly.
The Monitoring Expert serves as the strategic architect behind the client's application and infrastructure monitoring landscape. They are responsible for testing and implementing custom monitoring per application—this requires strong knowledge of various technologies and effective communication with developers and other teams. They are able to write clear documentation and industrialize processes so that operational teams can replicate them.
This is a client-facing role, so strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Responsibilities
Design and implement tailored monitoring solutions per application
Test, validate, and deploy monitoring configurations
Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to define monitoring requirements
Write clear, replicable documentation for operational teams
Act as a technical liaison with clients and development teams
Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience (min 3 years) with Dynatrace
Strong programming/automation skills (e.g., Bash, Java, Python, PowerShell, Web technologies)
Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
Experience with containerization platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes
