Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Sopra Steria Poland team responsible for Business Analysis, Design, Architecture for various our clients (different industries- airline, telco, etc.). 

Note that we can only offer cooperation to people who are located in Poland and have EU citizenship.

Mission/tasks:

• BA experience. Independently performs business analysis, collecting requirements, modelling and prototyping. ·

• Drafting of functional specifications (design and implementation).

• IT functional understanding.

• Capability of abstraction.

• Proposes initiatives for ongoing improvement (productivity, agility, customer satisfaction) and contributes to innovation.

• Participate in meetings with a customer.

• Drafting of functional specifications (design and implementation).

Must-have requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst for at least 5 years

• IT functional understanding

• Capability of abstraction

• Fluent English: C1/C2

• Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits to our office in Katowice

Nice to have requirements:

• SEA Sparx tool knowledge

• ArchiMate knowledge

• Experience in Platform implementation
