We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join one of our Scrum Teams dedicated to developing applications for Atlassian Jira. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, testers, UX specialists, and customer care teams. The person in this position will contribute not only by writing code but also by providing technical direction, making architectural decisions, and promoting best practices within the team.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable frontend and backend solutions using React and Java technologies.

• Contribute to architectural decisions with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.

• Write high-quality, well-tested code and advocate for development best practices.

• Mentor and support colleagues through code reviews and knowledge sharing activities.

• Collaborate effectively within a Scrum team to deliver valuable product features.

• Engage in troubleshooting complex customer-reported issues alongside customer care, providing in-depth technical insights as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong hands-on expertise with React and Java.

• Commercial experience with unit testing on both frontend and backend platforms.

• Proven ability to write performant, maintainable, and testable code.

• Excellent command of the Polish language (C1 level or higher).

• Excellent command of the English language (C1 level or higher).

• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

• Willingness to mentor and support the development of others.

• Comprehensive architectural understanding of web applications, including considerations of performance, quality, and security.
