    WHAT WE EXPECT
    1. Deep understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
    2. Proficiency in Computer Vision or NLP
    3. Ability to write clean and testable code, preferably in Python
    4. Good knowledge about various tools like: Tensorflow/Pytorch, Numpy, Pandas, OpenCV
    5. Familarity with modern MLOps techniques and experience with one of the cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure)
    6. At least 3-4 years of commercial experience in developing software and Machine Learning
    7. Understanding of different types of software architecture
    8. Ability to design with scalability and maintainability in mind
    9. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the industry trends
    10. Good knowledge of English is a must (both spoken and written), we work with clients from all over the world (USA, Australia, Switzerland, etc.)
    11. Polish language is required, as internally we are a Polish speaking company

    NICE TO HAVE
    1. Knowledge of a second programming language like Scala or Java
    2. Engagement in the IT community: personal blog, speaking at meetups/conferences, active member of StackOverflow, involvement in the open-source projects
    3. Having a pet-project
    4. Interest in Big Data
