Job description

We’re not looking for lead hunters or checklist executors. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – someone who knows how to advise B2B clients, understand their needs, and consistently drive things to completion. 


At SoftBlue (brand INTechHouse), your work will have a real impact — on results, on clients, and on the team.  You’ll help build a modern, consultative sales model that genuinely makes a difference. 


What does it look like in practice? 

Imagine your day: 


  • You talk to a client, uncover what they really need, advise, and together you design a solution. 

  • Then you prepare a proposal — clear, concise, and focused on business value (ROI, time, risk, resources). 

  • You coordinate the entire process: from first contact, through the CRM pipeline, all the way to closing the deal. 

  • All along, you collaborate with the delivery team and management to ensure everything runs smoothly — making business sense for both Softblue and the client. 

  • And yes, you also bring in new clients — through LinkedIn, networking, and industry events — wherever you can make a difference.

    In consultative sales, clarity isn’t always there from the start. Sometimes the client’s needs are hidden or evolve over time. Your job is to uncover the real problems and propose solutions that make sense for both sides.

    If you prefer “sell and move on,” this won’t be the right fit. Here, it’s about building trust patiently while still driving results. 


  3. Independence and accountability 

    You won’t be always handed ready-made leads or step-by-step instructions. We’re looking for someone proactive, who can anticipate next steps and own the process. 


  4. Dynamic and changing environment 

    If you thrive on predictability and fixed procedures, this isn’t the place. Clients, projects, and priorities can shift quickly — and flexibility is key. 


  5. Pressure and expectations 

    Sales cycles can be long, clients demanding, and results visible. If pressure blocks you instead of motivating you — you might want to think twice.

Who are we looking for? 

Think about it — does this sound like you? 


  • You have 6+ years B2B sales experience in technology (software or hardware embedded) and ideally in international markets

  • You use English fluently (C1 level) and feel comfortable with a CRM (HubSpot or similar). 

  • You are open to occasional international travel to meet clients, depending on project needs. 

  • You know how to listen and ask questions that truly uncover client needs. 

  • You feel natural in an advisory role, not just as a salesperson chasing targets. 

  • You like to work independently, follow through consistently, and keep things moving. 

  • You speak the language of business value (ROI, impact, growth). 

  • You can handle change, adapt to new situations, and stay calm in chaos. 

  • You have experience working with European or U.S. clients.

How we work and what to expect 


  • Work model: Remote — you can work from anywhere in Poland, with occasional visits to our HQ in Bydgoszcz when needed  

  • Working hours: Business hours, flexible 

  • Contract type: B2B 

  • Compensation: 18,000–22,000 PLN net base + commission 

  • Growth opportunities: Training, mentoring, international projects, strategic initiatives. 

  • Tools: Microsoft and Google workspace, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. 


How the recruitment process looks 


Stage 0: You send your application. Within 5 business days, we review it and let you know whether we’ll move to Stage 1. If not, you’ll receive feedback on what didn’t match. 


Stage 1: Phone screening with People & Business Partner (up to 40 minutes) — to get to know your experience, expectations, and motivation. We aim to complete this stage within 5 business days. 


Stage 2: Online interview with your potential manager (up to 90 minutes) — focused on competencies and team fit. Target timeline: another 10 business days


Stage 3: Assessment Center - stationary in our office (Bydgoszcz). 


Stage 4: Meeting with SoftBlue management (online or stationary, up to 60 minutes). 


The full process takes up a maximum of 5–6 weeks — transparent, without surprises.
