eCommerce Project Manager [Magento]

We are currently looking for an experienced eCommerce Project Manager to lead, implement, and oversee a large-scale project on the Magento 2 platform. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a complex, high-impact project and guide it from conception to successful launch.

• Strong experience in IT Project Management, managing web development, support, and maintenance of eCommerce projects, with proven experience working with developers in an agency environment.

• Proven, strong expertise in Magento 2, including running complex projects on this platform.

• Strong communication skills and fluency both in Polish and English. Ability to communicate clearly, and effectively with both technical development resources and less technical client contacts 

• Dealing with completing tasks, creating and developing documentation, managing tasks queue, overseeing budgets and providing clear, structured status updates to clients.

• Experience gathering functional requirements, defining scopes, and providing estimates (and/or working with other resources to gather estimates and form proposals for client approval)

• Strong understanding of QA/QC Testing best practices and processes, with experience testing and validating features and bug fixes on ecommerce environments

• Understanding of web and mobile development technologies or/and technical background

• Ability to self-manage during projects, pick priorities, identify issues and raise concerns or ideas to the team

• You are familiar with project management tools such as Jira / Tempo.

  • are familiar with other ecommerce platforms ie: BigCommerce, Shopify, Sylius, 

  • are familiar with AI tools and can leverage them in your daily work

  • experience in managing mobile projects

  • have experience working with QA/QC Testing platforms or automation tools (testomat, testmonitor, etc)

    
    

🧑‍💻 What you’ll be doing: 

• Work on the implementation of a large, complex project on the Magento 2 platform

• Directly communicating with our client on a daily basis, acting not only as a project manager, but also as their trusted advisor

• Taking responsibility for project scheduling and delivery

• Managing the project team

• Working with Resource Manager, Projects Director and Senior Technical Delivery Manager to ensure projects are properly staffed and quality standards are met

1. HR Interview (Online)

We will discuss your professional experience, previous challenges, and your expectations for working at Snowdog & IronPlane.

2. Technical Interview (Online)

You will meet with our Tech Lead and/or Project/Delivery Manager to learn more about the project and requirements. We will also ask questions to assess your technical knowledge and practical skills.

3. Feedback & Next Steps

After the interviews, we will provide feedback and share our decision regarding the next stage.
