RPA Developer (Blue Prism)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade automation solutions using Blue Prism, supporting a portfolio of 300+ existing bots

• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of automation workflows

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient automation code and perform thorough testing

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues

• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality automation solutions

• Contribute to continuous improvement of RPA standards, best practices, and development guidelines

• Stay up to date with the latest Blue Prism features and related automation technologies

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of overall software development experience

• At least 1 year of commercial experience with Blue Prism or an equivalent RPA tool (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts

• Experience working with databases and data integration

• Solid knowledge of software development best practices

• Experience supporting and maintaining automations in production environments
