Our HR function is split into two dedicated departments: Internal Recruitment and External Recruitment.
Internal Recruitment operates as part of our Operations Team, focusing on building and nurturing our in-house talent. This team places strong emphasis on Employer Branding and ensuring that every new team member not only brings the right skills, but also matches the energy, culture, and flow of our organisation.
Our External Recruitment team manages all contracting-related hiring processes. With deep technical insight across areas such as SAP, AI technologies, and other emerging fields, they’re equipped to identify top talent for highly specialised roles.
