Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops with business and IT to gather and structure requirements.

• Identify root causes, define business value, and propose pragmatic data solutions.

• Define user stories, action plans, and follow up on delivery progress with product teams.

• Contribute to the definition of Data Quality dashboards, including MVP scope, test plans, and scenarios.

• Document data lifecycles, data flows, business processes, and end-to-end value chains.

• Share findings and recommendations clearly with stakeholders.

• Develop expertise in assigned data domains and provide functional guidance to colleagues.

Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Hands-on experience in Data Governance and Data Management initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Excellent analytical, structuring, and documentation abilities.

• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

• Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments.

• Good understanding of both business and IT perspectives.

• Fluency in English for international collaboration.

• University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
