Graphic Designer, Corporate Marketing

The Corporate Marketing team is a group of designers, copywriters, storytellers, and brand champions. We bring the SmartBear brand to life by shaping our voice and visual identity, crafting our corporate narrative, and putting customers and employees at the center. Part in-house agency and part brand stewards, we innovate to create engaging digital, motion, and print assets that amplify our impact.

You are a versatile graphic designer, ready to produce impactful visuals that bring our products to life. You thrive on creativity and execution. From storyboarding to execution, you ensure every design tells a compelling story and enhances the brand experience. You’ll work with our Creative Director, Senior Art Director, designers, and content team to craft a wide array of visual assets for live events, social media, webinars, websites, and more.

Collaborating across teams, you’ll create visuals that showcase our products, culture, and story while driving the business forward. If you excel in fast-paced environments and love turning ideas into stunning visuals, this is your time to shine! An ideal candidate will be someone who has worked with or in multi-product companies and understands our audience.

Responsibilities: 

• Handle all aspects of design production, from initial concept development through final execution and delivery. This includes preparing files for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy across formats, managing revisions, maintaining brand consistency, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality assets on time.

• Design and develop visually compelling static and print marketing assets, including PDFs, data sheets, PowerPoint presentations, social and paid graphics, and a ton more, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact storytelling across all collateral.

• Collaborate closely with designers and writers to ensure all visuals align with strategic objectives, brand guidelines, and key messaging. Work together to translate concepts into cohesive, compelling creative that maintains consistency across channels while effectively communicating ideas and supporting overall campaign goals.

• Partner with the web team to create and deliver compelling visuals for the main SmartBear corporate site, as well as our additional product sites. Collaborate closely to ensure all assets align with brand standards, enhance user experience, and support key messaging.

• Be involved in all aspects of the creative process, from early concept development and ideation through design execution, refinement, and final delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape ideas, contribute creative direction, iterate based on feedback, and ensure the final output is both visually compelling and strategically aligned with brand and business goals.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

• Incorporate industry trends and innovative techniques to elevate the brand.

• Act as a brand steward, ensuring all work reflects and enhances SmartBear's identity and more!

We are looking for someone who has: 

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign) and Figma.

• Highly organized and adaptable, with strong project management skills.

• Excellent communicator, able to collaborate across teams and levels.

• Gives and receives constructive feedback effectively.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design.

• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and works well independently or in a team.

• Video animation a plus.

• Open to travel as needed.
