As a member of the Financial Information Service Management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of services delivered to our customers. Your focus will be on operations, incident and change management, continuous improvement, service planning, performance metrics, and operational level agreements.
- ensure high-quality service delivery for a defined portfolio of services
- apply standardized operations, monitoring, and escalation processes consistently
- lead incident resolution efforts, minimizing customer impact and ensuring clear, timely communication
- drive proactive service planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- recommend and implement enhancements to improve service quality, processes, and tools
- solid experience in IT Service Management, with broad knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and DevOps methodologies
- strong analytical skills and the ability to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- proven ability to communicate technical details effectively to diverse audiences
- proficiency in English
- experience in financial information services, particularly with Market and Reference Data
