• Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria to guide efficient software delivery

• Align priorities with cross‑functional teams to ensure value‑driven outcomes

• Lead backlog refinement and sprint preparation to support agile delivery

• Coordinate release readiness through testing reviews and stakeholder alignment

WHAT YOU BRING

• Over five years’ product ownership experience with customer‑facing applications

• Strong understanding of customer workflows and support‑oriented platforms

• Experience with agile methods and effective backlog management practices

• Ability to communicate clearly and simplify complex information for alignment

• Professional English skills, enabling effective communication in an international environment
