We are an agile and driven team responsible for maintaining the backbone of our on-premise and SaaS IT systems. Our goal is to ensure system availability, security, and performance while supporting business growth through reliable technology services.

In this position, you will work closely with key business stakeholders and external vendors to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

What You Will Do

• Windows Server Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of Windows Servers including installation, patching, updates, and decommissioning
• On-Premise & SaaS Systems Administration: Manage the health and performance of on-premise applications and SaaS platforms, ensuring high availability and alignment with business needs
• IT Documentation: Create and maintain up-to-date system documentation, including security documentation, authorization concepts, and operational procedures
• Stakeholder Support: Act as a point of contact for key business stakeholders, ensuring IT systems meet operational and strategic requirements
• Vendor Management: Link up with software and service vendors for issue resolution, service optimization
• Security & Compliance: Support compliance efforts by applying security patches, maintaining secure configurations, and implementing best practices in accordance with internal and external standards
• Incident & Problem Management: Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate resolutions, and implement improvements to prevent recurrence

What You Bring

• proven experience in managing Windows Server environments
• excellent stakeholder and vendor communication skills
• strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and SaaS ecosystems
• bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• experience in maintaining technical and security documentation
