Application IT Manager Support

In this role, you will manage and maintain 3rd party ATM software and cooperate with IT vendor. Join a team that values willingness to learn, build expertise, and master technical skills. We work 60% of time onsite, 40% time remotely. 

What You Will Do  

•    Take responsibility for maintaining and updating third-party ATM software together with the senior team, gradually moving toward independent management.•    Deploy, configure, and monitor applications on hardware and cloud environments

•    Handle first-line coordination with IT vendors and escalate issues when needed

•    Support internal business teams by translating business into technical requirements

•    Contribute to performance monitoring.

•    Create and update application documentation and reports.

What You Bring 

•    1–2 years of experience in application support, IT operations, or system administration.

•    Knowledge of deployment, monitoring, and scaling in IT environments

•    Awareness of IT security and compliance principles.

•    Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of tasks

•    Fluent English, spoken and written.
