Skovik is an expense management solution for medium and large sized organisations. Being a Swedish company, most of our customers are Nordic with examples including Klarna, Dustin, GlobalConnect, and EasyPark.Our next step in scaling our business is to achieve the same success in the DACH market. You will get a chance to be one of the first to bring a beloved product to the DACH region and show how simple expense management can be made. You will start working remotely under the management of our SVP in Frankfurt. If successful, we will invite you to relocate to the Frankfurt region, but you will also have the option to continue working from Poland.
Going into a new market is never easy and will require a lot of grit and skill. You will do quality cold calling and must be fluent in German. For those who are up for it, the rewards will be matched—with clear progression paths that you won’t find in many other companies.
Your qualifications must be
Language proficiency: Native or C2-level German + business-level English
Sales experience: 1-3 years in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer development
Communication skills: Exceptional phone presence and cold calling abilities
Technical aptitude: Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
Cultural awareness: Understanding of German business culture and communication styles
Self-management: Strong discipline for remote work and autonomous productivity
Strong drive: Loves a challenge and hates losing.
Our hiring process consist of the following steps:
You begin by applying here. In addition to standard info we want you to prepare a short video presentation in English (30-60 seconds) that you will upload in the application form.
Video interview (30-45min) where we focus on getting to know you as well as answer any questions you might have.
Language and demo - Video call (~15-20 min) with one of our current SDRs in order to determine your language abilities and again have a look at your presentation skills.
Final call with sales manager (~30 min)
