We are an agile and well-established team, responsible for enabling secure and efficient collaboration across SIX. Our goal is to deliver reliable services and governance for Microsoft 365, meeting platforms, and automation tools.

In this position, you will work closely with colleagues across IT and business units to ensure seamless collaboration experiences. You will be hands-on across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive, contribute to Power Platform governance and enablement, and support current, emerging‑ and future solutions and integrations. You’ll deliver changes while adhering to established processes, contribute to security and governance, and help business teams collaborate securely and efficiently on a daily basis. This is a senior position; you'll be required to lead in the field of expertise and support team members when and how appropriate.

You will participate in SIX projects assuming ownership and accountability for deliverables; however, you will never feel or be left alone.

For critical systems you will take part in on-call rotation for out-of-hours alert coverage. (on average 7 weeks a year).  

We are currently looking for 2 Engineers to strengthen our team in Warsaw.

What You Will Do 

• enhance and adapt our procedures and practices to ever changing cloud environments

• support our business units offering your expertise and technical skills

• manage uninterrupted collaboration experiences across SIX systems

• act as an escalation engineer (L3 support) for our Workplace Care Services

• discover, evaluate and govern and maintain Microsoft 365 collaboration experiences

What You Bring

• genuine interest in Microsoft cloud offerings with proficiency in Microsoft 365

• proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on service excellence

• extensive experience managing the lifecycle of cloud and on-premises tools, including proficiency in system and content migrations

• team player skills and natural aptitude for technical leadership while maintaining morale boosting atmosphere

• fluency in English (both verbal & writing), German is a plus
