About the role

We are now looking for an AI Adoption Manager — an internal champion who will work hands-on with teams across our organization to identify, design, and scale AI-powered solutions that make everyday work faster, smarter, and more impactful.

This role sits at the intersection of AI expertise, internal consulting, and process improvement. You'll be the person teams come to when they ask: How can we do this better with AI?

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a hands-on practitioner who actively uses AI tools in their daily work and can bring that energy into a growing, international organization. You should have:

• Strong working knowledge of the modern AI tools ecosystem

• Proven experience in prompt engineering as well as designing andimplementing AI-based workflows

• A talent for explaining complex technology in plain language to non-technical audiences

• High curiosity for new tools, fast learning, and a bias toward experimentation

• English at C1 level or above

• Practical experience with most or all of the following:

- Claude / Claude Code / Anthropic API

- OpenAI API / ChatGPT

- Google Gemini / Vertex AI

- Perplexity, Notion AI

- Make, n8n, Zapier AI

- Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs

Nice to Have:

• Experience with business process automation

• Familiarity with AI tool APIs

• Basic programming skills (Python or JavaScript)

• Experience running workshops or training sessions

Responsibilities

AI Consulting, Expert Support and Implementation Across Teams

• Partner with teams across the business (within product, sales, customer success & support and marketing) to identify tasks and processes that can be meaningfully improved through AI, and roll out AI-powered workflows

• Automate repetitive processes and help teams reclaim time for higher- value work

• Prototype new AI use cases and proof-of-concepts across the organization

• Support the integration of AI tools into existing systems and day-to-day processes

AI Enablement & Education

• Train employees on AI tools and best practices tailored to their specific roles

• Run internal workshops and demos showcasing new and emerging AI capabilities

• Build and maintain a library of prompt templates, playbooks, and ready-to- use workflows

What We Offer

• Competitive Salary Range: depending on your experience, we offer between 15'000 - 23'000 PLN net on a B2B contract, or between 12'450 – 19'090 PLN gross on Contract of Employment.
