With over 10 years in the industry, the company offers a variety of social games, poker, and casino games, and their applications are among the most visited platforms by players in North America and Europe. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Lead and coach engineering teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions that are scalable and reliable.

Project Planning & Delivery: Drive medium-term project planning and oversee the timely delivery of infrastructure product features, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for architecture, deployment, and monitoring to guarantee high-performing applications that meet user demands.

Automation & Efficiency: Streamline development workflows by introducing tools and processes that enhance productivity and reduce friction.

Governance & Support: Ensure infrastructure stability, reliability, and scalability by implementing governance policies and providing operational support to the team.

Team Development: Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should have experience in:
- Event-driven architecture
- High-load applications
- Scalable and reliable applications
- Real-time applications
Required Skills:
- Cloud technologies (AWS)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Event streaming platforms (Kafka)
- Container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, cloud architecture, and resilience techniques.
- Experience in leading technical projects, designing infrastructure solutions, and improving processes.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native systems, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
Additional Information:
- While this position is remote, the company has an office in Krakow. Employees from across Poland are invited to attend workshops or networking meetings at the Krakow office.
- Work hours align with Polish time (CET), including weekly meetings with the team in Australia, primarily in the mornings.
