We are looking for a dedicated Junior Website Content Administrator who will work closely with the Website team, the Global and Regional Campaigns teams, and the broader marketing team and key business stakeholders to execute website content requirements.

How you will create an impact:
Upload, format, and publish written content, charts, tables, and graphics on the website.
Edit and update existing webpages in line with business updates or content revisions.
Build and maintain content blocks that include minimal design elements (charts, tables, or basic layouts).
Ensure consistency in formatting, branding, and tone across all webpages.
Perform regular quality checks (QCs) across the site to identify and fix outdated content, broken links, or design inconsistencies.
Coordinate with content owners, designers, and developers to resolve web issues and support publishing schedules.
Ensure our corporate website remains accurate, current, and aligned with our business needs.
Work closely with the broader marketing team to understand content requirements and translate them into simple, web-friendly formats.
Support the web development team by organizing content submissions, tracking updates, and managing content publishing timelines.
Your profile:
Minimum 1 year of experience in website content administration.
Strong grasp of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, or equivalent.
Basic proficiency in HTML/CSS and an understanding of web content structure and accessibility.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You are fluent in English on a business level (C1).
