WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US 

The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role within the Global Consulting organization, focusing on data analytics, business reporting, and executive support. The position is responsible for driving operational analytics, monthly business reporting, supporting Consulting organization, and more.  It also involves close collaboration and partnership with the Senior Leadership Team, Finance Business Partner, Head of Business Operations & Strategy, Commercial, and many others.  


WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR   

  • Leading data analytics and reporting for utilization, forward loading, capacity planning, and operational KPIs to drive business performance. 

  • Partnering with Senior Leadership Team to support business management. 

  • Delivering accurate and timely business reporting, including monthly and quarterly dashboards for executive stakeholders. 

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements using data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and scalability. 

  • Developing and maintaining analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to visualize trends and enable informed decision-making. 

   

WHAT WE VALUE 

Your high-quality communication, coordination and interpersonal skills will enable you to direct all activities to planned outcomes. As our preferred candidate, you will have:   

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in finance, business performance, or a technology-enabled environment. 

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills (English Language) with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner 

  • Strong technical proficiency in tools such as PowerBI, MS Fabric, MS Power Automate, Python, SQL, VBA, macros, excel, and data modeling 

  • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives from concept to execution 

  • Comfortable communicating complex ideas in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

  • A naturally curious and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving 

  • Collaborative and adaptable, with a willingness to grow and support others in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related analytical or technical field is preferred
