TPM Master Data & Financial Integration Lead (f/m/x)

For a long-term international project, we are looking for an experienced specialist to lead Master Data Governance and Financial Integration streams within a TPM landscape. The role focuses on ensuring data consistency, financial alignment, and Go-Live readiness across TPM-relevant domains, working closely with both business and IT stakeholders.

Your tasks

• Definition and implementation of master data governance for TPM solutions

• Assurance of data consistency and integrity across key TPM data domains

• Alignment of data models and financial flows with business and IT stakeholders

• Support of data migration, validation, and reconciliation processes

• Leadership of testing activities and Go-Live readiness for MDM and FI streams

• Documentation of master data processes, rules, and control mechanisms

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Master Data Management and data governance within enterprise environments

• Practical knowledge of financial integration and data flows in TPM or related systems

• Understanding of TPM-relevant master data domains (customers, products, hierarchies)

• Experience in data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities

• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT teams

• Experience in CPG/FMCG or trade promotion environments as an advantage

• Fluency in both: English and Polish
