Technical Business Analyst (f/m/x)

Join a project focused on building advanced digital solutions that enable large‑scale digital biomarker studies. The ecosystem involves mobile applications, wearables, sensors, data lakes, processing pipelines and analytics platforms supporting global clinical programs and generating terabytes of data. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will help translate business needs into scalable, cloud‑based solutions supporting the future of digital healthcare.

Your tasks

• Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and users to capture needs and incorporate feedback into product evolution

• Maintaining a clear understanding of the overall business context while deepening product expertise and identifying optimization opportunities

• Collaborating with engineering teams to define system architectures, ensure scalability, and resolve technical challenges

• Facilitating communication between technical and non‑technical teams to secure requirement clarity and alignment

• Supporting the Product Manager in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

• Good understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), data processing, and modern software development practices

• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, translate needs into actionable requirements, and align priorities

• Experience working with engineering teams on system architecture, scalability, and data integration topics

• Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Monday.com

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a balance between strategic and detailed thinking

• Mindset focused on innovation, business value, and effective collaboration in dynamic environments

• Fluent English required

• Residing in Poland required

Nice-to-have requirements

• Experience with wearable devices, such as phones, watches, textiles, or delivery devices, which track a patient’s vital signs and monitor for symptoms

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GxP, healthcare)
