Tech Lead with Front-end and AWS (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior Front-end Tech Lead who will own the technical direction of the front-end layer and guide the team through architectural and implementation decisions for a project related to building a reporting platform for farm-related incidents used by public-sector institutions. The role combines technical leadership, hands-on front-end expertise, and close collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors in an international environment.

Your tasks

• Acting as a technical leader for the front-end area

• Designing and developing high-quality front-end solutions

• Defining and maintaining front-end architecture and best practices

• Translating business requirements into technical solutions

• Cooperating with backend and cloud teams (AWS)

• Supporting and mentoring other developers

• Ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards

• Participating in technical discussions with vendors and stakeholders

Requirements

• Min 5 years of experience as a Senior Front-end Developer or Tech Lead

• Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks (Vue preferred; Angular or React accepted)

• Experience working with AWS-based applications

• Strong understanding of front-end architecture and design patterns

• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Very good command of English
