Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant (f/m/x)
We are looking for a Senior ITOM Consultant to join Sii and support a project focused on advanced IT Operations Management. The role involves close collaboration with a product team responsible for event and service monitoring capabilities, as well as technical advisory and hands‑on configuration work in a complex enterprise environment.
Your tasks
Analyse requirements and translate operational needs into ITOM event‑management configurations
Implement and optimise monitoring rules, event workflows and integration logic
Troubleshoot event‑related issues and support continuous improvements
Work closely with technical and product teams to align platform behaviour with business expectations
Support incident, problem and operations teams with expert knowledge
Prepare documentation and provide guidance on best practices
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in IT Operations Management and event management processes
Hands‑on experience configuring event‑management components in large environments
Ability to analyse data flows, dependencies and operational impact
Experience collaborating with technical and product teams in enterprise settings
Ability to troubleshoot and improve existing monitoring and event logic
Fluency in English
Residing in Poland required
