Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior ITOM Consultant to join Sii and support a project focused on advanced IT Operations Management. The role involves close collaboration with a product team responsible for event and service monitoring capabilities, as well as technical advisory and hands‑on configuration work in a complex enterprise environment.

Your tasks

• Analyse requirements and translate operational needs into ITOM event‑management configurations

• Implement and optimise monitoring rules, event workflows and integration logic

• Troubleshoot event‑related issues and support continuous improvements

• Work closely with technical and product teams to align platform behaviour with business expectations

• Support incident, problem and operations teams with expert knowledge

• Prepare documentation and provide guidance on best practices

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Operations Management and event management processes

• Hands‑on experience configuring event‑management components in large environments

• Ability to analyse data flows, dependencies and operational impact

• Experience collaborating with technical and product teams in enterprise settings

• Ability to troubleshoot and improve existing monitoring and event logic

• Fluency in English

• Residing in Poland required
