Senior ServiceNow Developer with HRSD module (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a project within a complex, multi‑team environment. You will support the transition of responsibilities from the currently assigned technical resource and take ownership of key HRSD development streams. The role focuses on feature development, backlog maintenance, and enhancing employee‑facing HR journeys.

Your tasks

• Deliver development activities within the ServiceNow HRSD module

• Maintain and refine the development backlog

• Analyse the impact of new features and system changes

• Develop and enhance employee journeys and user-facing HR workflows

• Improve and extend Employee Portal functionalities

• Collaborate closely with multiple development teams in a complex environment

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS‑HR) certification

• Strong hands‑on knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD

• Ability to work in a multi-team enterprise environment

• Experience with analysing system dependencies and impacts

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and implementing ServiceNow features.

• Fluency in English

• Residing in Poland required
