SAP Consultant – Accounts Payable area (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced SAP professional to support invoice processing and payment activities. The role focuses on ensuring smooth and compliant financial flows within a complex purchasing and accounting environment. The position suits someone who can combine business understanding with technical expertise and communicate effectively in an international setting.

Your tasks

• Support and optimize end-to-end invoice and payment workflows

• Cooperate with purchasing and finance teams to ensure correct data flow between systems

• Configure and maintain solutions supporting automated document processing

• Assist in handling electronic invoicing and digital procurement processes

• Analyze issues and propose improvements in financial operations

• Provide ongoing system support and participation in improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Professional experience of at least 5 years in the SAP Consultant role

• Solid knowledge of purchase-to-payment processes from both functional and technical perspectives

• Practical experience with SAP finance and logistics integration

• Hands-on work with invoice recognition or document automation tools

• General understanding of digital procurement and invoicing solutions

• Fluent command of English, enabling daily collaboration in an international environment

• Residing in Poland required
