PSR Integration Manager (f/m/x)

As a PSR Integration Manager, you are the single point of contact between multiple teams supporting the deployments, adoption and readiness of the Partner Systems for the Deployment.

You coordinate, drive, and guarantee seamless implementation of E2E scenarios across all impacted partner systems (including partner system clusters).

You must collaborate intensively with Architects, BAs, Product Developers/DevTeams and the functional teams inside and outside the program. Furthermore, you ensure effective team communication and maintain our central E2E integration repository.

This role combines the alignment of defining, building and testing relevant integrations with Partner Systems for deployments.

Your tasks

• Build and maintain end-to-end knowledge of assigned integrations and support their delivery and operations

• Ensure integration documentation is complete, aligned, and accessible (deployment plans, central repository, source-to-target mappings, monitoring and error handling)

• Collaborate with business, architecture, and operations teams on requirements gathering, impact analysis, and business continuity

• Coordinate deployment readiness, hyper-care, and seamless handover to operations for incident, problem, and change management

• Support integration and acceptance testing (DET, SAT), partner system activities, and production readiness

• Track interface delivery progress, report status, and actively manage integration-related risks

• Verify the knowledge to carry out impact analysis for downstream systems

Requirements

• Project Management experience, ideally SAFe framework

• Experience integrating systems using Middleware technology (no technical skills required, but a basic understanding is beneficial)

• Previous work in an SAP ERP environment

• Experience in the Pharma and/or Diagnostics industry is beneficial

• Stakeholder management and negotiation skills

• Fluent English required
