Production Engineering Specialist (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced engineer to support a project focused on improving the reliability and performance of critical trading-related systems. The role involves close collaboration within a technical team while maintaining a high degree of independence. Work takes place in an international environment, requiring fluent English and regular presence in the Warsaw office.

Your tasks

• Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance system stability and efficiency

• Monitor, optimize, and support key production platforms

• Participate in software deployment processes and ensure seamless releases

• Cooperate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and provide architectural input

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions

• Report project progress and system improvements to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional programming experience in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or shell scripting

• Strong understanding of Linux environments and core networking concepts

• Practical experience with version control systems

• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and CI/CD tools

• Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and deliver results with minimal supervision

• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills in English

• Openness to hybrid work from the Warsaw office
