Network Administrator (f/m/x)

We are currently looking for a Network Administrator to join our IT infrastructure team and support one of our clients in maintaining the stability, performance, and security of their network environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing enterprise-level network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and compliance with security standards. Your tasks

• Design, configure, install, and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure

• Troubleshoot network issues on-site, including wireless (WLC/AP), L2 incidents, and initial L3 diagnostics

• Manage network access control solutions and enforce access policies

• Monitor network performance, traffic, and security alerts using NMS tools and address performance issues

• Maintain network documentation, including IPAM, VLANs, segmentation, topology diagrams, and asset inventory

• Ensure network availability, incident handling, backup configurations, and support BCP/DR activities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator

• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN infrastructure, routing, switching, and wireless networks

• Previous work with network access control (Cisco ISE)

• Experience in network monitoring, troubleshooting (L2/L3), and handling incidents

• Knowledge of IPAM, VLAN segmentation, QoS, high availability, and redundancy concepts

• Communicative level of English

• Fluent Polish required

• Residing in Poland required

• Willingness to work on-site at the client’s location in Biskupice Podgórne five days a week
