Lead Data Engineer – AI & Cloud Technologies (f/m/x)

Your tasks
Identify and resolve issues in data projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
Lead, mentor, and support data engineering teams, promoting best practices and effective collaboration
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all stages of the data lifecycle
Collaborate with engineering teams and business units to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Design, implement, and maintain reliable cloud infrastructure, ensuring secure and operable solution architectures
Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery systems to proactively manage performance and continuity
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or or a related discipline
At least 8 years of experience in Software Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to backend development using Python in production environments
Demonstrated experience designing, scaling, and maintaining complex data architectures and pipelines
Hands-on experience with AI technologies (e.g., AI Agents, RAG, MCP) and ensuring quality in AI-driven systems
Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), including AI services, storage solutions, and databases
Strong proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); knowledge of German is a plus
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
