Lead AI Analyst (f/m/x)

We are seeking a Lead AI Analyst who can connect artificial intelligence capabilities with business strategy and organizational transformation. The ideal candidate combines a solid understanding of AI technologies with strong business acumen to identify high-value AI opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and define practical roadmaps for adoption. In this role, you will translate emerging AI capabilities into strategic initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes while working closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams to support responsible and scalable AI adoption.

Your tasks

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for applying AI to improve business processes, products, and decision-making across different functional areas

• Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business challenges, define AI use cases, and prioritize initiatives based on value and feasibility

• Develop AI strategies and transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, digital transformation initiatives, and long-term innovation objectives

• Conduct AI opportunity assessments, including evaluation of potential business impact, operational benefits, risks, and organizational readiness

• Translate strategic AI initiatives into structured implementation roadmaps and collaborate with AI Solution Architects and technical teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution

• Monitor developments in AI technologies and market trends, identifying opportunities where emerging capabilities can create a competitive advantage

• Develop strategic presentations, business cases, and executive-level materials that communicate AI value propositions and guide decision-making

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, data strategy, or AI-driven business initiatives

• Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders to define and deliver technology-enabled transformation programs

• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their practical applications and limitations in business contexts

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex AI topics into clear business insights

• Continuous learning mindset with awareness of evolving AI technologies, industry trends, and emerging applications of generative AI in enterprise environments

• Fluent in Polish required

• Residing in Poland required
