Junior Security Project Manager

We are recruiting a Junior Security Project Manager who will join the Global Security Governance, Risk & Compliance team.

In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of the client’s security documentation framework, covering policies, standards, baselines, and guidelines. You will be working in an international environment and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across the organization. The position provides excellent opportunities for growth and further professional development.

Your tasks

• Support the full lifecycle of the Global Security documents

• Maintain a structured inventory of governance documentation, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements

• Manage the yearly review and approval process of approximately 10–15 security policy documents, engaging with stakeholders at different organizational levels

• Work with Change Management to create communication plans, ensuring updated policies reach the appropriate audiences within the business

• Identify the need for supplementary documentation (e.g., standards or baselines) and collaborate with relevant teams to produce these materials

• Oversee communication throughout the document lifecycle to ensure that security guidance is clearly understood and effectively adopted by end users

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in IT as a Security Project Manager or PMO

• Good working knowledge of tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Smartsheet

• Security certifications are beneficial but not mandatory

• Excellent verbal and written English & Polish skills

• Experience working in a distributed, global team is appreciated

• Confident in managing stakeholders and following up on deadlines

• Residing in Poland required
