IAM Senior Consultant

We are looking for someone who has successfully delivered commercial projects on setting up Entra ID Identity Governance features (IGA). You should have knowledge about synchronization tools, reversing synchronization of members in the groups, advise on how to plan for migration of groups from on-prem to Entra ID, set up access reviews campaigns for the business, train the business on how to navigate through them, define efficient access packages, and train the business on managing these on their own.

This role will be the driving force for an internal project, modernizing our identity and access management capabilities and reducing dependency on on-premises infrastructure.

Your tasks

• Lead cloud-first identity strategy to ensure all company security requirements are met

• Facilitate AD to Entra ID migration leveraging broad security expertise

• Prepare support models

• Drive IAM-related security initiatives

• Design and maintain IAM with a strong focus on data quality

• Set up SSO

• Troubleshoot incidents related to IAM

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant industry experience with a degree in IT or related fields

• Extensive experience with IAM solutions using Microsoft technologies, including AD, Entra ID, and SSO

• In-depth knowledge of CloudSync, Microsoft Entra P2 features, and Identity Governance

• Solid understanding of identity federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) in hybrid cloud environments

• Proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for IAM automation tasks

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Residing in Poland required
