GenAI Low-code Engineer (f/m/x)

Your tasks

• Design and refine low-code GenAI solutions, including model finetuning and evaluation on proprietary datasets

• Create, test, and optimize prompts to improve model performance and reliability

• Integrate LLMs into enterprise low-code environments, covering agent workflows, RAG pipelines, chatbots, and API design

• Build and maintain coding agent workflows supporting development and automation scenarios

• Conduct research on modern LLM architectures, assess their applicability, and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in data science, software engineering, or a closely related field

• Solid knowledge of enterprise low‑code AI platforms, including Copilot Studio and similar tools (e.g., Power Platform AI integrations, Vertex AI templates, Amazon Bedrock-based builders)

• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG concepts, agentic workflows, and foundation models

• Experience with Python programming and modern CI/CD practices

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher — and fluent Polish (mandatory)

• Residing in Poland
