Engineering Manager with AEM (f/m/x)

Your tasks

• Support cross-functional teams and help coordinate the delivery of products from design to release

• Contribute to and track project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables

• Support resource management — maintaining project role descriptions, assignments, allocations, budget tracking, and reporting in support of the implementation

• Identify, track, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, and dependencies, escalating risks as needed

• Generate project status reports from initiation to delivery, including inputs to executive-level presentations

• Support the adoption of best practices and process improvements across the team

• Collaborate with external customers and field-based employees as needed

• Assist in the selection, development, and evaluation of personnel to maintain high performance

Requirements

• Proven experience contributing to engineering programs and cross-functional teams

• Good understanding of software product development lifecycle and agile development techniques

• Familiarity with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to connect program work to broader business goals

• Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and in presentations — with the ability to work effectively across a geographically distributed team

• Operational rigor to bring structure and clarity to complex efforts

• Good judgment and maturity in handling sensitive situations with discretion

• Adaptability to switch between strategic discussions and hands-on execution

• Residing in Poland required
