DevOps Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Team Leader to drive cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid environment within a large, international organization. This role requires proven leadership skills, the ability to facilitate both technical and business discussions, and a solid understanding of Azure cloud services, DevOps practices, and agile frameworks.

Your tasks

• Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams of Azure engineers and software developers

• Driving technical and business discussions to align stakeholders across distributed teams

• Overseeing solutions leveraging Azure cloud, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and core IT domains (security, networking, storage, databases)

• Ensuring transparency and tracking progress through Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow

• Facilitating agile ceremonies within Scrum, SAFe, or ART frameworks

• Promoting continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and process standardization

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Azure DevOps

• Solid understanding of Azure cloud services (infrastructure, security, networking, storage, databases)

• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow (daily use for tracking, reporting, collaboration)

• Ability to coordinate and plan the work of Azure engineers and software developers

• Experience in leading and facilitating remote and onsite meetings and presentations

• Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, ART)

• Fluency in English and Polish

• Residing in Poland required
