Cybersecurity Delivery Lead

At Sii we are looking for a Cybersecurity Technical Lead to support the Chief Information Security Officer for Enterprise Technology. In this role, you will focus on providing cybersecurity advisory, incident support, and implementing new initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and drive effective security management practices.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Enterprise Technology

• Acting as a cybersecurity expert across ET projects and initiatives

• Providing technical advice for programs, projects, and during incidents and IT outages

• Collaborating with central cybersecurity teams and Enterprise Technology business units

• Participating in transformation projects and supporting the implementation of new cybersecurity initiatives

Our requirements

• Ability to collaborate effectively with CISO-level stakeholders and global cybersecurity teams to ensure strategic alignment

• Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders, including RISO/BISO, technology teams, and industry peers; active participation in cybersecurity communities

• Understanding local business needs and the cybersecurity control landscape, with the ability to translate them into technical and regulatory requirements

• Experience in ensuring compliance and implementing effective security control frameworks

• Ability to work with cybersecurity architecture and engineering teams to address operational challenges, major incident response, and tailored reporting

Optional

• Desirable to have one or more industry-recognised cybersecurity-related certifications, including ISO270001, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, GIAC Certificates
