AI Solutions Product Lead (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced professional responsible for shaping and delivering AI-driven products that address real business challenges. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business expectations and technical execution, ensuring that innovative solutions are feasible, scalable, and successfully deployed. You will collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders, oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept to production—and ensure that delivered solutions generate measurable value.

Your tasks

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for AI-based solutions across various stakeholders

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, scope, and backlog items

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from the discovery phase to production deployment

• Manage backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure readiness for iterative development cycles

• Coordinate work across cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and quality assurance

• Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, and operational standards while supporting timely delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a product-oriented role within digital or AI-related environments

• Hands-on experience with AI or machine learning-based products and solutions (AI / ML / LLM / RAG)

• Strong understanding of agile delivery processes and product lifecycle management

• Ability to translate complex business concepts into structured technical deliverables

• Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing dependencies

• Fluent communication skills in both Polish and English
