AI Lead Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced AI Engineering Lead to join a long-term enterprise transformation program focused on building next-generation AI-driven platforms, intelligent automation solutions, and advanced AI agent ecosystems.

This role is aimed at someone with strong software engineering foundations combined with real commercial experience delivering advanced AI projects — not only basic Copilot or productivity use cases

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software engineering and architecture combined with hands-on delivery of advanced AI projects involving LLM integrations, RAG architectures, AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and AI-assisted engineering solutions. You should have strong commercial experience with C#/.NET, Python, REST APIs, distributed systems, and modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and M365 ecosystem is required, including Azure Functions, Service Bus/Event Hub, App Services, and SQL/MongoDB technologies. Experience with engineering best practices such as Microservices, DDD, CQRS, CLEAN Architecture, SOLID principles, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing is also essential.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked with modern AI engineering tools and platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar AI-enabled development ecosystems.
