AI Consultant (f/m/x)
Most organizations know AI matters but struggle to figure out where it will actually move the needle. They need someone who can cut through the hype, understand their business, and tell them — clearly and honestly — what’s worth pursuing, what isn’t, and what it will take. That’s this role.
You won’t be writing code day-to-day. You’ll be running discovery workshops, assessing AI readiness, building business cases, and defining roadmaps that connect AI capabilities to real business outcomes. You’ll also contribute to shaping Sii’s go-to-market strategy for AI initiatives — helping define how we package, position, and bring our AI services to clients. You need enough technical depth to have credible conversations with architects and engineers, and enough business sense to present confidently to a CFO or COO.
Your tasks
Run AI discovery and opportunity assessments with clients — identify where AI solves real problems vs. where it’s a solution looking for one
Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to map processes, uncover pain points, and prioritize AI use cases based on value and feasibility
Build business cases for AI initiatives: expected impact, cost estimates, risk analysis, and realistic timelines
Define AI adoption roadmaps that connect to the client’s broader digital transformation and business strategy
Assess organizational and data readiness — be upfront about what needs to happen before any AI project can succeed
Contribute to Sii’s go-to-market strategy for AI — help define service offerings, value propositions, and market positioning in collaboration with sales and delivery leadership
Write and present the technical and strategic sections of proposals and RFP responses
Stay current on AI capabilities and market trends, and translate what’s relevant into actionable advice for clients
Work closely with AI Architects and Engineers to ensure what’s proposed is technically sound and deliverable
Requirements
Over 5 years in management consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, or technology advisory roles
Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts — you don’t need to train models, but you need to know what’s possible, what’s expensive, and what’s risky
Proven ability to lead workshops, structure ambiguous problems, and deliver clear recommendations to senior stakeholders
Experience building business cases and scoping technology initiatives, including effort estimation and ROI analysis
Comfortable working at the intersection of business and technology — able to translate between the two without losing credibility with either side
Strong written and verbal communication — you’ll produce a lot of documents, presentations, and proposals
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required
Nice-to-have requirements
Hands-on experience with AI tools or platforms — even at a prototype level — that gives you intuition about what’s easy vs. hard to build
Background in a specific domain (financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, public sector) where you understand the regulatory and operational landscape
Experience with go-to-market strategy, service design, or product marketing for technology services
Experience with change management or organizational transformation programs
Familiarity with cloud AI ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP) at a conceptual level
