We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive the development of cybersecurity and anti-malvertising products tailored to the AdTech industry. You’ll take ownership of products and lead the end-to-end development process, including planning, execution, and delivery, to build solutions that protect against fraud and bot activity.

The Сustomer provides comprehensive security solutions designed to protect individuals, organizations, and communities. Operating across various sectors, the company addresses vulnerabilities and ensures protection against a wide range of risks, especially in the digital space. Its products focus on bot defense and anti-malvertising solutions specifically for AdTech companies. This includes onboarding and integration processes for different partners, including Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), agencies, and publishers. They provide protection solutions for a variety of use cases, along with a customizable reporting console and APIs that can seamlessly integrated into clients’ systems.
Project
The product team is focused on anti-malvertising and fraud detection solutions for AdTech companies. This includes the onboarding and integration process for various companies, such as SSPs, DSPs, agencies, and publishers; ensuring advertisements reach real people instead of bots; analyzing bid requests to detect any fraudulent traffic.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with a strong track record of leading products from concept to delivery
Experience working in the AdTech domain with a solid understanding of industry dynamics and ecosystem
Experience with at least one of the following: B2B or B2B2C cybersecurity, SaaS
Experience with data visualization using BI tools (Power BI, Looker – optional)
Strong product ownership mindset with the ability to drive execution independently
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate technical discussions and challenge engineering decisions when needed
Technical awareness and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams
Understanding of workflows and processes in machine learning projects
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of products, including planning, execution, and delivery
Take ownership of existing products within the AdTech and cybersecurity product lines, ensuring continued growth and improvement
Work closely with the engineering and delivery teams to define and develop high-quality products
Oversee product and team progress to ensure the timely delivery and achievement of key milestones
Take ownership of product processes, aligning them with business goals and delivery expectations
