Middle Back-end Developer (Node.js/Go)

Customer

Headquartered in Germany, the company is one of Europe’s leading logistics providers. Its competence lies particularly in the development and realization of integrated supply chain systems, and it focuses on using data to optimize logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications using Node.js and/or Golang

• Create new functionality from scratch (e.g., role-based access control permissions service, API integration service, and endpoints) under the supervision of Senior Developers

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, design, and release new features

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial development experience with a focus on TypeScript and/or JavaScript technology stacks

• Proven experience with Node.js, Golang, Kibana, OpenSearch Dashboard, Signoz, and Grafana

• Knowledge of DevOps tools: Helm, Docker, K8s, and Gitlab pipelines

• Experience with Azure

• Strong analytical thinking and technical judgment in assessing what to refactor, rebuild, and modernize effectively

• Understanding of existing digital products and architectures, even with limited documentation. Ability to analyze architecture, data flows, and user interactions

• Experience working with Scrum

• Fluency in English

• Upper-Intermediate level of German
