Remote UX/UI Designer

Join Our Remote Team as a UX/UI Designer!

We're looking for a UX/UI Designer with 2+ years of experience in fast-paced tech environments to design and enhance user experiences for our hosting service sales pages and control panels. This fully remote role involves close collaboration with product, research, and engineering teams. You'll collaborate with a large international client on various UX/UI projects across different business branches, contributing to multiple products and brands.

Duties

• Lead Projects – Design and execute design projects from start to finish, bringing clarity to ambiguous problems.
• Design & Prototype – Create sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs for various platforms.
• Communicate – Present your design solutions clearly to team members and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate – Work with different teams and stakeholders to understand needs and ensure a smooth design process. 
• User Research – Plan and conduct usability studies, gathering both qualitative and quantitative data to guide your designs.
• Advocate for Users – Use user data and testing feedback to shape design decisions and improve user journeys.
• Improve Processes – Help enhance design standards and workflows across the team.

Must-haves

• Experience – At least 2 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• User-Focus – Strong expertise in human-centered design and familiarity with the UX design process and best practices.
• Data-Driven Approach – Ability to leverage user research and data (both qualitative and quantitative) to inform design decisions.
• Proactive Mindset – Adaptable, resilient, and eager to improve design processes.
• Strong Communication Skills – Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Software Proficiency – Experience working with Figma and other design tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in UX/UI design for hosting, eCommerce, or SaaS.
• Familiarity with research and testing tools (e.g. UserZoom, Google Analytics).
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

💰 Salary: 9,000 – 14,000 PLN + VAT (B2B) or an equivalent for other forms of employment/contract, depending on skill level and experience.
