SharePoint System Analyst
For one of our Partners, supporting a project for an EU Organisation in Warsaw, we are looking for an experienced SharePoint System Analyst for long-term cooperation.
The person employed as a SharePoint System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing and documenting IT solutions based on the SharePoint platform, implemented as part of a long-term project for European Union institutions in Warsaw.
Typical tasks and responsibilities:
Analyses business processes, capabilities, requirements/user stories
Designs software functionality for new IT solutions.
Models and documents logical data model, system roles, use cases, acceptance criteria, system logic
Cooperates with UX/UI Specialist in preparation of UI prototypes, forms and controls,
Manages non-functional requirements
Identify options for potential solutions
Maintains design models in systems lifecycle
Presents and explains software design to business experts, product owners, developers and testers
Supports product owner in preparation of tasks for development team
Prepares system documentation and provides presentations and trainings to business users
Supports tests, development, quality assurance, change managemen.
Knowledge and skills:
Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solution development
Knowledge in software functionality design and UML modelling
Knows how to develop system roles, use cases and their workflows, system rules, logical data models, UI forms and controls, etc.
Knows system development methodologies
Is proficient in using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect
Presents excellent communication skills
Holds ability to document effectively
Presents problem solving skills
Languages: English min C1 (Certificate or language audit).
Specific requirements:
Mastery of Sharepoint and Sharepoint platform-specific tools
Expert in analysing business processes, capabilities, requirements and user stories
Exceptional collaborative skills
Versatility in technologies and platforms
Additional requirements:
EU citizenship (mandatory)
Minimum level of education: Bachelor's degree/Engineer's degree
Minimum 8 years of IT professional experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant project experience in a similar role.
Required certificates:
Certified UML Professional certificate at intermediate level • or an equivalent certification recognized internationally.
Offer:
Long-term B2B contract with Shimi (approx. 4 years, with the possibility of extension)
Rate: 460-490 EUR/MD nett

Work model: occasional visits to the Warsaw office (up to 12 days per quarter)
Start ASAP from 1 March 2026 - possibility to start work within 2 months from the date of the offer.
