Project Manager (SAFe) (m/f/n)

For one of the EU institutions we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/n).

• B2B contract

• Location: remote (visits to Luxembourg 1 per month for 2-3 days)

• Rate: up to 610 EUR/MD

• Project duration: 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAFe Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance in the adoption and implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across various teams within the organization.

2. Program Oversight: Oversee multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and are executed successfully.

3. Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals, translating them into actionable project plans.

4. Resource Management: Effectively allocate and manage technical teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and alignment with project objectives.

5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.

6. Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for quality assurance and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

7. Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.

8. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications

• SAFe Expertise: Proven experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ideally holding SAFe certifications.

• Juniper SD Wan

• Infrastructure Experience: Previous experience in managing infrastructure projects, including network, hardware, and software components.

• Program Management: Strong program management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and align technical teams accordingly.

• Curiosity: A natural curiosity and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

• Leadership: Excellent leadership and team-building skills.

• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Certifications: Relevant project management or agile certifications are a plus

• English min. B2
