Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end implementation projects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.

• Analyze client business needs and translate them into functional ERP system solutions aligned with best practices and system capabilities.

• Support the design and configuration of Business Central modules, particularly in areas such as finance, logistics, supply chain or manufacturing.

• Lead or contribute to workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.

• Plan and coordinate data migration activities, including data mapping, validation and testing.

• Assist in defining system enhancements and functional improvements to meet evolving business requirements.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of customizations, integrations and extensions.

• Support project planning activities, including scope definition, estimation of implementation effort and costing.

• Ensure high quality delivery of implementation projects, including documentation, testing support and knowledge transfer to end users.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional advisory services and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide guidance and expertise to project teams and stakeholders regarding ERP best practices and Business Central capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV implementations.

• Strong experience in implementing ERP solutions in areas such as finance, logistics, supply chain or manufacturing.

• Solid understanding of business processes and functional ERP architecture, combined with a good understanding of system capabilities.

• Hands-on experience in data migration activities within ERP implementation projects.

• Experience in project planning, scope definition and cost estimation for ERP implementations.

• Knowledge of system configuration, enhancements and functional solution design in Business Central.

• Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and translate business needs into system requirements.

• Strong client-facing and consulting skills with the ability to manage expectations and deliver value.

• Excellent English communication skills (B2+ or higher) – both written and spoken.

• Ability to work effectively in international project teams and dynamic consulting environments.
